YIELD: 20 Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

20 cleaned chicken wings

1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup of chili garlic sauce

1/2 cup of honey

1/3 cup of hoisin sauce

1/3 cup of oyster sauce

1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven at 400Β°. In a bowl combine apple cider, chili sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, and oyster sauce. Save 1/2 of the sauce in a separate bowl for dipping, and the rest set aside.

2. In another bowl coat the chicken wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Place wings on a cooking sheet (if you have a rack, it is better) and into the oven for 20-25 minutes. 

3. Open the oven and with a brush, slightly go over each wing. Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until skin is nice and crispy. 

4. Take the wings out of the oven, and sprinkle sesame seeds. This will give the chicken extra texture. Place wings in a bowl and enjoy!
